Worst-designed app I have ever used
- - Apple login returns not found and password pasting is blocked.
- - Could not locate the gift card issuer or exit search; the app required re-login.
Holy *** where do I start? I tried to log in with Apple, and it said "not found." Then I tried to create an account and it wouldn't let me use my passwordbut I couldn't paste a new one from 1Password or from Apple's Passwords app.
Finally, I was able to create an account, then as soon as I tried to log in, it said my session was expired and that I had to be authenticated by EMAIL like it's 2015 or something. Then when I FINALLY logged in, I was unable to find the company that issued the gift card I wanted to check. BUT even better, I COULDN'T GET OUT OF THE SEARCH SECTION TO TRY ANOTHER OPTION.
I literally had to quit the app and then it made me *** LOG IN AGAIN. Finally, I just gave up and deleted the app.

Cannot log into my account because old e mail no longer works
- - No option to change login via customer service; verification goes to an inactive email and calls go unanswered.
Rethink using this company
No ability to teach customer service to change my login - old inactive email account that needs to be changed but the way the company has set things up they need to verify your e mail by sending you an e mail code but that e mail is no longer working.
Tried to call customer service but no one answers and cannot leave a message

Problems logging in
